RETURN POLICY

At JLO Darts, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your darts or accessories, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and any included accessories (e.g., flights, shafts, tips, etc.). You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, please contact us at support@jlodarts.com. Once we’ve reviewed your return request, we’ll provide further instructions. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Please note: Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@jlodarts.com. We will assess the situation and ensure the issue is resolved promptly. If necessary, we’ll provide you with a return label for damaged or incorrect items.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of some products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized darts or accessories (custom engravings, special orders)
  • Gift cards
  • Used darts (once used, darts are considered a personal item and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons)

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you’d like. This will ensure you get the right product in a timely manner.


EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, no questions asked. The items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories. Please contact us at support@jlodarts.com to initiate a return under the EU cooling-off period.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
