SHIPPING POLICY
At JLO Darts, we are committed to getting your darts and accessories to you as quickly and securely as possible. Below you’ll find all the information you need about our shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
This is our most affordable option for customers in the United Kingdom. -
Express Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days
This is a faster shipping option for urgent orders. -
International Shipping:
We offer shipping to [list international countries or regions]. Delivery times and shipping rates vary depending on the destination. At checkout, the estimated delivery time and shipping cost will be displayed based on your location.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to circumstances such as weather, customs clearance (for international orders), and other unforeseen delays.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- For domestic orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders over £100.
- For international orders, shipping rates will be displayed during checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order at any time. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your package has shipped.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- We currently only ship to the UK.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses due to restrictions on certain items.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order is damaged during shipping or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@jlodarts.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
Important: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors or local delivery services, as we cannot be responsible for packages once they are confirmed as delivered.
